Job Description for Production and Traffic Assistant

This is a new position at SE2. The Production Assistant will work under the direction of SE2’s Creative Director and in partnership with other staff members on all creative projects. This person will be responsible for monitoring the traffic flow of projects, developing and monitoring production budgets, meeting various production deadlines, and working with various vendors and subcontractors.

Three job skills are paramount: 1) A demonstrated attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks. 2) Some background and demonstrated interest in creative services and production management. 3) Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Also, as a firm focused on public issues and social marketing, we seek someone who understands and is attracted to this niche.

This is an entry level position. The salary range is between $28K-$33K, depending on experience.
